Hiro's Fourth Month

Just before Hiro turned 4 months old, the Iwata's gathered in honor of Mitsuo Iwata. All of Hiro's cousins were there as well as his great-auntie Eleanor. It was a touching time of celebrating PapaSan's life with him. He was feeling good and told us all how much he loved us.

Big Boy can sit up in (MeeAe's) play center! He's so proud!

Hiro has no problem turning from his back to belly and back again! He loves time on his changing table and would generally prefer to be naked.

We celebrated Mother's day with the Johnson family by participating in Grandma's graduation from her Master's program! We are so proud of her!

May 17th was a big day for Hiro. It was the day of Poppy's memorial service, Hiro first tooth broke through, and he turned 4 months old.

We were so blessed and honored to have her and spend some special bonding time with her for a few days afterwards.

Hiro loves Lexi! We consider Alexus a cousin, she is such a blessing in our lives.

Swim lessons!
We started our first swim lessons with cousin MeeAe. It is the highlight of our week! Daddy gets to swim with Hiro on Saturdays and Mommy swims with Hiro on Wednesdays.
The first few lessons were a little scary (mainly for Daddy) but Hiro took right to the water!
